Why Hearthline
A considered choice for families who want clarity without pressure
We built Hearthline around a few straightforward commitments — to plain language, genuine neutrality, and a clear scope. Here is what that means in practice.

What families appreciate most about us
Experienced Facilitators
Our team has been working with families since 2017. Each facilitator has a background in adult education, communication, or information management — not general consulting.
Local to Bangkok
We are based in Phra Nakhon and work in person. Families do not get a remote service dressed up as local — we are genuinely here, and we understand the city's mix of cultures and household structures.
Defined Scope
We are clear about what we do and do not offer. Our work is educational and organisational. We do not provide regulated professional services, and we say so plainly — because families deserve to know exactly what they are working with.
Transparent Pricing in Thai Baht
Every service shows its price clearly: ฿3,600 for a communication workshop, ฿10,500 for the records toolkit, ฿27,500 for a facilitation session. No hidden costs.
Culturally Aware
Bangkok holds a wide range of family arrangements — Thai multi-generational households, expatriate families, mixed-culture couples. Our facilitators adapt to each context rather than applying a single template.
Confidential by Design
Session content stays private. We operate under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and maintain a clear written policy on how we store and handle information.
Trained, not self-taught
Each member of the Hearthline team holds formal training in their area — facilitation, adult education, or information management. This is not a field where enthusiasm substitutes for knowledge, and we take the difference seriously.
- Certificates in facilitation from recognised programmes
- Background in adult and community education
- Over eight years of practice with families in Bangkok
A consistent, repeatable process
Each service follows a clear structure that families can rely on. Workshops have a defined arc, records tools have a setup sequence, and facilitation sessions follow an agreed agenda. This predictability is part of the value.
- Pre-session briefings so families know what to expect
- Written summaries provided after facilitation sessions
- Follow-up availability within two weeks of each engagement
Service built around your pace
We do not have a standard package that everyone passes through on the same timeline. Families come to us at different points and with different needs. We take the time at the start to understand which offering, if any, is a sensible fit.
- Initial conversation before any booking is made
- Sessions scheduled to suit your availability
- No minimum commitment — each service stands alone
Pricing that reflects what you actually receive
Our prices are set to be proportionate to the time, preparation, and skill involved. The workshop at ฿3,600 covers a two-to-three-hour session plus materials. The records toolkit at ฿10,500 includes templates, a folder system, and an onboarding session. The facilitation at ฿27,500 reflects the preparation, neutral facilitation, and written summary.
How We Compare
Hearthline versus general alternatives
| Aspect | Typical Alternatives | Hearthline |
|---|---|---|
| Scope clarity | Often vague — session may cover overlapping areas without defining which | Clearly educational and organisational; scope stated upfront |
| Price visibility | Prices often withheld until after an initial consultation | All prices published openly on our Solutions page |
| Facilitator background | Credentials not always shared or verifiable | Team backgrounds described plainly on the Company page |
| Cultural fit for Bangkok | Generic materials not adapted to local context | Materials and approach adapted to Thai and expatriate family contexts |
| Privacy handling | Privacy policy may not address local data protection law | PDPA-aligned policy, written and accessible |
| Commitment required | Packages often require multi-session sign-up | Each service available as a standalone; no bundles required |
What Sets Us Apart
Three things you will not find everywhere
A Written Summary After Every Facilitation
After a facilitation session, we provide a plain-language written summary of what was discussed and any shared understandings reached. This is uncommon, and families find it genuinely useful.
A Records System Built for Real Households
Our records templates are not repurposed from a corporate context. They were designed specifically for household use in Bangkok, covering the documents and contacts that families here actually need to keep organised.
An Honest First Conversation
Before any engagement, we have a brief call to understand your situation. If what you need is not something Hearthline can reasonably provide, we say so and point you in a more useful direction.
